Jess, founder of Solhaus, is an ex-dancer turned Pilates instructor with a deep respect for intelligent movement and breath-led practice. Solhaus was created as a space where strength, control, and stillness meet — without trends, ego, or noise..

I'm a passionate Pilate instructor specialising in both reformer and mat work, bringing a mindful approach to every class. My teaching style is intentional and deliberate - I believe the power of pilates happens when we slow down and truly connect with each movement. I fell in love with Pilates for its blend of strength and mindfulness.

Mel has practised pilates for over 6 years and began teaching after she completed her certification in 2024. Her teaching style focuses on breath, alignment, and functional movement. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where students can develop their awareness of their body and challenge themselves. Working in the corporate world and becoming a mum has deepened by belief in movement as self-care, and I love sharing classes that focus on longevity, strength and supporting your body through every season of life.
