Beginner Reformer Pilates Program

Our 4-week beginner program is designed specifically for those new to reformer Pilates. With 8 classes to use over 4 weeks, you’ll have the flexibility to choose class times that suit your schedule, while still progressing with structure and support.

All sessions are run as semi-private classes (maximum 4 people), ensuring personalised guidance, hands-on corrections, and a more tailored experience as you build confidence.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A STRUCTURED PROGRAM WITH ONE INTAKE A MONTH. WEEK ONE STARTS THE FIRST WEEK OF THE MONTH AND 2 CLASS CREDITS ARE ISSUES EACH WEEK TO KEEP YOU IN THE FLOW OF THE PROGRAM.
