Beginner Reformer Pilates Program
Our 4-week beginner program is designed specifically for those new to reformer Pilates. With 8 classes to use over 4 weeks, you’ll have the flexibility to choose class times that suit your schedule, while still progressing with structure and support.
All sessions are run as semi-private classes (maximum 4 people), ensuring personalised guidance, hands-on corrections, and a more tailored experience as you build confidence.

You’ll receive 8 classes to use within a 4-week period. You can book into any beginner-friendly class times that suit your schedule, giving you flexibility while staying consistent.

All classes can be booked via the Solhaus app or through our online booking system. Booking ahead is essential to secure your place. Simply purchase the program, and start booking your classes.

Yes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to check in and set up. Late entry is not permitted once class has started.
