EXPECT FASTER TRANSITIONS, ATHLETIC SEQUENCES, DYNAMIC RESISTANCE AND MINIMAL REST. THIS CLASS BLENDS STRENGTH AND CARDIO TO LEAVE YOU FEELING POWERFUL, SWEATY AND ACCOMPLISHED — WITHOUT COMPROMISING TECHNIQUE.

Solhaus strong
Strength-focused. Weight-loaded. Powerful.
Strong is Pilates with added resistance using hand weights, ankle weights and heavier springs.
This class slows the pace slightly to focus on controlled strength, muscle fatigue and form. Expect targeted blocks for glutes, legs, arms and core, with fewer transitions and deeper muscular burn.
Ideal for members wanting visible strength gains and definition.

STRETCH. RESTORE. RESET.
SLOW IS A LOWER-INTENSITY REFORMER CLASS FOCUSED ON MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND NERVOUS-SYSTEM REGULATION.
EXPECT LONGER HOLDS, SUPPORTED STRETCHING, BREATH-LED MOVEMENT AND GENTLE STRENGTH WORK TO RESTORE BALANCE IN THE BODY. THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO COMPLEMENT HIGHER-INTENSITY TRAINING AND SUPPORT RECOVERY.
PERFECT AS A RESET OR ACTIVE RECOVERY SESSION.
