Solhaus Studios Membership Terms & Conditions



By Creating, Purchasing, Activating, Or Renewing A Membership With Solhaus Studios, You Agree To Be Bound By These Terms & Conditions. If You Do Not Agree With Any Part Of These Terms, You Should Not Purchase Or Use A Membership.


1. Membership Eligibility

You Must Be 18 Years Or Older To Obtain A Membership With Solhaus Studios.

Memberships Are For Personal Use Only And Are Non-Transferable.

Solhaus Studios May Request Identification To Verify Membership Ownership.


2. Membership Use

Membership Access Is Provided As Described At The Time Of Purchase.

Solhaus Studios Reserves The Right To Add, Modify, Or Remove Access To Certain Classes, Content, Services, Instructors, Or Features At Any Time.

Class Times, Formats, Instructors, And Availability Are Not Guaranteed And May Change Without Notice.

Memberships May Not Be Shared, Assigned, Or Used By Another Person.


3. Digital Personal Information & Privacy

Members Must Provide Accurate Personal Information When Creating A Membership Account.

Use Of The Solhaus Studios Digital Platform May Involve Transfer Of Information To Third-Party Booking Or Payment Systems.

Solhaus Studios Is Not Responsible For The Privacy Practices Of Third-Party Providers.

Use Of Our Services Is Also Governed By The Solhaus Studios Privacy Policy.


4. Payment, Billing & Fees


Recurring Memberships

Memberships Are Automatically Charged On A Recurring Basis Using The Payment Method Provided At Purchase.

Charges Continue Until The Membership Is Cancelled In Accordance With These Terms.


Valid Payment Method

Members Must Maintain A Valid Payment Method On File At All Times.

If A Payment Fails, Solhaus Studios May Retry The Charge And Suspend Membership Access Until Payment Is Successfully Processed.


Authorisation To Charge

By Purchasing A Membership, Members Authorise Solhaus Studios To Charge Their Payment Method For:


  • Membership Fees

  • Late Cancellation Fees

  • No-Show Fees

  • Unauthorised Access Fees

  • Any Other Applicable Charges Under These Terms




Pricing Changes



Solhaus Studios Reserves The Right To Modify Membership Fees Or Pricing. Notice Will Be Provided Where Required By Law.





5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks



Members Agree Not To Initiate Payment Disputes Or Chargebacks With Their Bank Or Payment Provider For Legitimate Charges Made Under These Terms.


If A Chargeback Or Payment Dispute Is Initiated For Valid Charges, Solhaus Studios May:


  • Immediately Suspend Or Terminate Membership Access

  • Recover Any Outstanding Balance Owed

  • Charge Reasonable Administrative Fees Associated With The Dispute






6. Trial Memberships



Trial Memberships Are Promotional Offers With Limited Access.


Trial Members:


  • Do Not Have Access To The Solhaus Studios On-Demand Platform

  • May Only Access Services Included In The Specific Trial Offer

  • Must Convert To An Ongoing Membership To Access Full Membership Benefits



Trial Memberships Cannot Be Extended, Paused, Or Transferred Unless Required By Law.





7. Membership Term & Cancellation




Minimum Commitment



All Memberships Have A Minimum Commitment Of 12 Weeks.


Memberships Cannot Be Cancelled During This Period Except Where Required By Law.



Cancellation Notice



Membership Cancellation Requires 4 Weeks Written Notice Submitted Through The Official Solhaus Studios Cancellation Process.


Membership Fees Continue During The Notice Period.



After Minimum Term



After The Initial 12-Week Commitment, Memberships Automatically Continue On A Month-To-Month Basis Until Cancelled With The Required Notice.





8. No Refund Policy



All Membership Fees, Promotions, Trials, And Class Purchases Are Non-Refundable Except Where Required By Australian Consumer Law.


Solhaus Studios Does Not Provide Refunds For:


  • Change Of Mind

  • Missed Classes

  • Scheduling Conflicts

  • Travel Or Relocation

  • Illness Or Injury

  • Dissatisfaction With Class Times Or Instructors



Credits Or Adjustments May Be Offered At The Sole Discretion Of Solhaus Studios.





9. Class Booking, Schedule & Availability



All Classes Must Be Booked Through The Official Solhaus Studios Booking Platform.


Class Schedules, Teachers, And Formats May Be Changed, Added, Or Removed At Any Time.


Membership Does Not Guarantee Access To Specific Classes Or Times.


Solhaus Studios Reserves The Right To Adjust Class Capacity Or Equipment Availability For Operational Or Safety Reasons.





10. Waitlist Policy



If A Class Is Full, Members May Join The Waitlist Through The Booking Platform.


If A Spot Becomes Available, Members May Be Automatically Added From The Waitlist Up To 4 Hours Before The Class Start Time.


If Added From The Waitlist Within The Cancellation Window, The Standard Cancellation Policy Will Apply.


Members Are Responsible For Monitoring Their Booking Status.





11. Late Cancellations & No-Shows



Classes Must Be Cancelled At Least 4 Hours Before The Scheduled Class Start Time.


If A Member Cancels Within 4 Hours Of Class Start Time Or Does Not Attend A Booked Class:


The Member Will:


  • Forfeit The Class Credit

  • Be Charged A $15 Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee



Fees Will Be Charged Automatically To The Payment Method On File.





12. Late Arrival & Door Lock Policy



Members Must Arrive Before Class Begins.


Members Arriving More Than 5 Minutes After Class Start Time May Be Refused Entry.


Doors May Be Locked At Or Shortly After Class Begins.


Late Arrivals May Be Treated As A Late Cancellation Or No-Show.





13. Studio Access & Kisi Entry System



Solhaus Studios Uses The Kisi Digital Door Entry System For Studio Access.


Each Member Is Issued Unique Personal Access Credentials.


Members Must Check Themselves In Using Their Own Kisi Access Each Time They Enter The Studio.


Access Credentials Are Strictly Personal And Must Not Be Shared.


Members Must Not:


  • Allow Another Person To Enter Behind Them

  • Open The Door For Non-Members

  • Share Their Access Credentials

  • Allow A Non-Paying Individual To Use Their Membership Access



Solhaus Studios Uses Access Control Technology And Monitoring Systems To Track Entry Activity.


If A Member Is Found To Have Allowed Entry To A Non-Paying Individual Or Shared Access Credentials:


Solhaus Studios May:


  • Charge A $400 Unauthorised Access Fee

  • Immediately Terminate The Membership

  • Cancel Any Remaining Membership Without Refund

  • Refuse Future Studio Access



Access Logs, System Data, And Monitoring Systems May Be Used To Determine Misuse.





14. Grip Sock Policy



Grip Socks Are Required For All Classes For Safety And Hygiene Reasons.


Members Must Wear Grip Socks During Classes At All Times.


Members Without Grip Socks May Be Refused Participation In Class.


Grip Socks May Be Available For Purchase At The Studio.





15. Mobile Phone Policy



Mobile Phones Must Be Kept On Silent During Classes.


Phone Use During Class Is Not Permitted Unless Approved By The Instructor.


This Ensures A Safe And Distraction-Free Environment For All Members.





16. Photography & Media



Photography Or Video Recording May Occur Within The Studio For Promotional Or Marketing Purposes.


By Attending Classes, Members Consent To The Use Of Their Image Or Likeness In Solhaus Studios Marketing Materials Unless Written Notice Is Provided Requesting Otherwise.





17. Studio Closure & Force Majeure



Solhaus Studios May Temporarily Close Or Modify Operations Due To Circumstances Beyond Its Control Including Maintenance, Safety Concerns, Government Directives, Natural Events, Or Other Operational Requirements.


Solhaus Studios Will Make Reasonable Efforts To Resume Services As Soon As Practicable.





18. Membership Holds



Membership Holds May Be Permitted At The Discretion Of Solhaus Studios For Medical Or Exceptional Circumstances.


Supporting Documentation May Be Required.


Hold Periods May Be Limited.





19. Assumption Of Risk & Health Acknowledgement



Participation In Physical Activity Carries Inherent Risks.


Members Confirm They Are Physically And Mentally Capable Of Participating In Classes.


Members Should Seek Medical Advice Before Beginning Any Exercise Program.


Participation Is At The Member’s Own Risk.





20. Liability Waiver



To The Fullest Extent Permitted By Law, Solhaus Studios, Its Owners, Instructors, Employees, Contractors, And Agents Shall Not Be Liable For Any Injury, Loss, Damage, Or Death Arising From Participation In Classes Or Use Of Studio Facilities Or Digital Content.





21. Lost Or Stolen Property



Solhaus Studios Is Not Responsible For Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Personal Property.


All Belongings Are Brought Onto The Premises At The Member’s Own Risk.





22. Conduct & Studio Policies



Members Must Follow All Studio Policies, Instructor Directions, And Posted Rules.


Solhaus Studios May Suspend Or Terminate Membership Without Refund If A Member:


  • Behaves Disruptively

  • Harasses Staff Or Members

  • Violates Studio Policies

  • Misuses Studio Access Systems






23. Intellectual Property



All Solhaus Studios Content, Branding, Logos, Classes, And Digital Materials Are The Property Of Solhaus Studios.


Members May Not Record, Copy, Distribute, Or Reproduce Content Without Written Permission.





24. Amendments



Solhaus Studios May Update These Terms & Conditions At Any Time.


Continued Use Of Membership Services Constitutes Acceptance Of Updated Terms.





25. Governing Law



These Terms Are Governed By The Laws Of New South Wales, Australia.





26. Member Acknowledgement



By Purchasing Or Activating A Membership, I Confirm That:


  • I Have Read And Understood These Terms & Conditions

  • I Agree To All Membership Policies

  • I Accept The Minimum Membership Commitment

  • I Authorise Solhaus Studios To Charge Applicable Fees In Accordance With These Terms
