Our Signature class is a full-body workout designed to build strength, control and length through classic pilates sequences.
Expect a balanced flow combining core work, lower-body strength and upper-body toning, with options layered to suit all levels. Classes move with intention — strong where it counts, fluid where it matters.

Strength-focused. Weight-loaded. Powerful.
Strong is Pilates with added resistance using hand weights, ankle weights and heavier springs.
This class slows the pace slightly to focus on controlled strength, muscle fatigue and form. Expect targeted blocks for glutes, legs, arms and core, with fewer transitions and deeper muscular burn.
Ideal for members wanting visible strength gains and definition.

Sweat is our high-intensity pilates class designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance.

Not recommended for complete beginners.

Stretch. Restore. Reset.
Slow is a lower-intensity reformer class focused on mobility, flexibility and nervous-system regulation.
Expect longer holds, supported stretching, breath-led movement and gentle strength work to restore balance in the body. This class is designed to complement higher-intensity training and support recovery.
Perfect as a reset or active recovery session.

Members can access the studio at any time via our app, outside of scheduled classes.

All classes can be booked via the Solhaus app or through our online booking system. Booking ahead is essential to secure your place.

Yes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to check in and set up. Late entry is not permitted once class has started.

All classes must be pre-booked. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry.

Cancellations must be made through the booking system at least 4 hours before class to avoid penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $15 fee for members. For class packs or casual passes, the class will be forfeited.

Yes. Foundation memberships require a minimum six-month commitment. Standard memberships have 12 weeks minimum term.

Early cancellation within the minimum commitment period requires four weeks’ written notice and incurs a $200 termination fee.

Our studio is designed for independent use. You book a session, arrive at your scheduled time, and complete your workout using our Reformers and props at your own pace. We provide programmed workouts via our in-studio kiosks with over 600+ workouts available.

Access instructions are sent via email after your booking is confirmed. Access is only permitted during your booked time.
