TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page outlines the rights and responsibilities relating to the use of Solhaus Studios facilities. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members, clients, and visitors.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. It is a condition of Solhaus Studios allowing you to obtain a membership and/or enter a studio that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  2. By obtaining a membership or otherwise physically entering a Solhaus Studios location, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not obtain a membership or enter the studio.

  3. Solhaus Studios may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email, our website, or within the studio. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the most current version.

  4. Solhaus Studios reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person from a studio at its discretion.

  5. Participation in any form of exercise at Solhaus Studios is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Members are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program if there is any doubt regarding their suitability for exercise.

  6. You must inform Solhaus Studios and any instructors of any health risks, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or discomfort prior to participation. Where a medical condition exists, medical clearance is strongly recommended. Participation with a medical condition is at your own risk.

  7. You acknowledge that instructors may provide physical adjustments during classes to support safe practice. Participation in any instructional method is undertaken at your own risk.

  8. Solhaus Studios is not obliged to provide refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation for classes that are cancelled, rescheduled, or altered, but may do so at its discretion.

  9. Solhaus Studios reserves the right to change studio opening hours without notice. Permanent changes will be communicated where applicable.

  10. Solhaus Studios is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Only essential items should be brought into the studio.

  11. Any interference with, theft of, or damage to another person’s belongings may result in immediate membership cancellation and permanent exclusion.

PRIVACY & DATA

  1. Solhaus Studios complies with the Privacy Act. Our Privacy Policy is available on our website. Requests regarding personal data can be directed to studio@solhausstudios.com.

  2. We use a third-party booking and client management system to manage memberships and class bookings. By using our services, you consent to your information being processed in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

  1. All classes must be pre-booked via the online booking system unless otherwise approved.

  2. Cancellations must be processed via the online booking system at least 12 hours prior to class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $20 fee for members or forfeiture of a class for pass holders.

  3. For class-limited memberships, missed or late-cancelled classes will be deducted from your allocation.

MEMBERSHIPS

  1. You must be 18 years or older to hold a membership.

  2. Membership purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

  3. Trial memberships are available for first-time clients only and may be purchased once per person. Multiple trial purchases are not permitted.

  4. Live class tokens must be used within the allocated week and do not roll over. Unused tokens expire at the end of each week and cannot be transferred to another week or person.

  5. Memberships are for personal use only and are non-transferable. Breaches may result in termination.

  6. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

  7. Solhaus Studios may increase fees for ongoing memberships after the minimum commitment period, providing 8 weeks’ notice.

  8. Fees for new memberships may be changed at any time.

  9. Services include consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are excluded.

  10. To the extent permitted by law:

  • Solhaus Studios and its representatives are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation.

  • You release Solhaus Studios from all related claims.

  1. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the membership fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

  2. You indemnify Solhaus Studios against losses resulting from breach of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All Solhaus Studios branding, content, materials, and media are owned exclusively by Solhaus Studios and must not be used without written consent.

  2. Invalid provisions may be severed without affecting the remaining terms.

  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  4. Solhaus Studios may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms.

MEMBERSHIPS, CLASSES & PACKAGES

Class Packs

Class packs activate on purchase.
class packs expire six months from purchase.
Promotional packs expire after three months.
No extensions, transfers, or refunds apply.

Casual Passes

Casual passes expire one month from purchase.
No refunds, suspensions, or extensions apply.

Auto-Debit Memberships

Minimum commitment is eight consecutive weeks.
Memberships continue weekly until cancelled via email to studio@solhausstudios.com with five business days’ notice.

Payments are processed via a third-party provider. Failed payments may incur dishonour fees.

Suspensions may be requested via email with notice and are subject to limits.

INTRODUCTORY OFFERS

Introductory offers are available to new members only and limited to one per person.
Intro memberships activate upon first class booking and are valid for the stated period.
No refunds, extensions, or transfers apply.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Private sessions must be paid in full to confirm booking.
Cancellations require 24 hours’ written notice.
No refunds or transfers apply.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Members must follow all studio health, safety, and hygiene protocols in place at the time of attendance.
Late entry is not permitted.
Members should not attend if unwell and must notify the studio of any relevant health concerns.
